We would rather make twenty-four good things than two thousand forgettable ones.
Auralis exists because we kept buying products that were pleasant for a year and landfill by the third. Everything here is designed to be opened, fixed and kept, and priced so that doing it properly is still affordable.
How we work
Three rules we do not break
Repairable by design
Screws instead of glue wherever the engineering allows, and a parts store that stays open for eight years after a product is retired.
Four factories, named
We publish who builds each product and audit them annually. Nothing is made in a facility we have not visited ourselves.
Paper, not plastic
Packaging is moulded pulp and paper tape. Shipping is carbon-neutral by default, not as a checkbox at checkout.

Two people and a spare room
Auralis started as a single pair of headphones we could not find anywhere else.

The repair promise
We began stocking every internal part and publishing repair guides for free.

Beyond audio
Workspace and home followed, built with the same suppliers and the same rules.

24 products, no more
We cap the catalogue on purpose. Anything new has to replace something older.
Questions are answered by the people who made the thing.
There is no outsourced support desk. Write to us about a rattling hinge or a firmware quirk and the reply comes from someone who can actually change it, usually within a working day.
